I was born and raised on Long Island, NY, which provided me with the skills to navigate a variety of situations. I consider myself a straightforward, no-nonsense professional who is dedicated to helping my clients get what they need. We pride ourselves on our family team approach in what can often be a complicated and impersonal business.

For the past 29 years, I have specialized in selling properties in Miami-Dade County and its northern regions. My extensive knowledge of the local markets and surrounding areas, combined with my experience negotiating hundreds of transactions, has sharpened my skills and ensured that every detail is handled properly from the start to the finish of each transaction.

Twenty-two years ago, my parents moved down, and we formed "The Toomey Team." We were ranked #1 for nine consecutive years at Majestic Properties and continue to be top producers in the area.

We love South Florida not only for its beautiful weather but also for the vibrant lifestyle it offers and the endless business opportunities.
